I am currently recruiting for a Chartered Building Surveyor to work for one of the UKs most highly regarded real estate organisations in the UK. This role will be based in Cardiff, but can be performed on a hybrid basis. Salary up to £70,000 + Benefits.
The organisation has a fantastic heritage having been established for a very long time and are recognised as leaders within their field. They are deemed the experts at what they do and have an unrivalled reputation in the market. They work on some of the most complex and prestigious projects within the UK.
To cope with the current workload and in line with their expansion plans they have the need to appoint another Chartered Building Surveyor on a permanent basis.
In this role as a Chartered Building Surveyor, you will predominately be working on fit out refurbishment projects surrounding the industrial commercial office space sector.
Essential Requirements:- Chartered Building Surveyor / MRICS or FRICS
- Experience working within a Consultancy
- Worked in Industrial, Commercial, or Office environments
