I am currently recruiting for a General Builder to work for a leading Engineering organisation based in Hounslow. Salary up to £30,700 + Bonus OTE £44,000 + Benefits. The organisation are leaders within their field delivering world class products into a specialist market. They have a team of highly motivated individuals that are extremely driven and pride themselves on delivering their innovative portfolio of products and engineering expertise to clients across the globe.

To support the business and in line with continued success they have the need to appoint a General Builder on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance activities across the facilities which will be a combination of mechanical and plumbing based work. You will also be heavily involved in project based work which could involve building new facilities or converting workspace for another function and therefore would have you involved in drywalling, fitting skirting and architraves, fitting windows and doors and painting.

Requirements:

  • Experience working as a General Builder, Facilities Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Technician, Builder or similar
  • Experience with plumbing
  • Experience with mechanical maintenance
