Truss Production Supervisor - West Midlands
Salary up to £31,000 + Shift Allowance + Benefits. Reference: 2040.
We are recruiting a Truss Production Supervisor to support our expanding operations within the West Midlands.
The role is permanent and shift‑based with patterns typically of 6‑2 or 2‑10.
In peak periods, all three shifts may operate.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of 7 individuals working in the truss production area to meet production targets.
- Ensure quality standards for trusses, joists, and timber frames are upheld.
- Manage shift operations and coordinate staffing across the 6‑2 and 2‑10 shifts.
- Expand oversight responsibilities to include Spandrel and Cassette production areas as the role develops.
- Support training and development programmes for team members.
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience as a Truss Production Supervisor, Production Supervisor, or a similar supervisory role.
- Hands‑on knowledge of trusses, joists, and/or timber frames.
- A proven track record of meeting production targets while maintaining quality.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
