Installation Lead – West Sussex – up to £40,000 + Benefits – Ref 1812 I am currently recruiting for a Production Manager to work for an engineering organisation based in West Sussex. Salary up to £40,000 + Benefits. The organisation is supplying their products to clients worldwide within their specialist market and have been established for over 20 years. Due to growth within the organisation, they have the need to appoint a Installation Lead on a permanent basis. In this role as an Installation Lead, you will be a key member of the Operations team and will be a responsible for onsite installations and troubleshooting on the products. This role will be split between being out on the road and at the HQ in Crawley. The installations will consist of installing hinges, handles, locks and bolts on high end furniture and doors, being the first role of this kind in the company you will be face of the business onsite and will work with subcontractors onsite to correctly install the fixtures and fittings in high end residential sites as well as boutique hotels. At the HQ you will be creating sample boards to showcase the products this company creates to high-net-worth individuals. This role will be well suited to a Carpenter who has strong experience with 2nd fix or a joiner who is used to creating bespoke furniture and understands how to install fixtures and fittings. Requirements: A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Carpenter or Joiner Driving License 2nd Fix carpentry experience This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a Installation Lead to join a very prestigious company.
