Your mission is to empower individuals with our luxurious, edgy YSL and Prada Beauty products in Cosmetics, Fragrance and Skincare, in the most luxurious brands. Inspiring your team to immerse your customers in memorable and genuine face-to-face store experiences, developing personal connections to build trust and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will ooze passion for Cosmetics, Skincare, Fragrance, and delivering exceptional service, with proven success at coaching and inspiring your teams to drive business results.
- You love keeping up to date with the latest cosmetics and skincare trends and applications.
- You are a real people person and love meeting new people, thriving in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Being a true brand ambassador, you will lead by example to your Beauty Advisors, demonstrating empathy, agility and resilience, whilst developing positive relationships with your wider retailer teams.
- You will proactively approach customers in a warm and friendly manner to provide a world-class customer experience.
- You will demonstrate excellent business acumen, including sales analysis and inventory management.
- You will be self-driven and can motivate yourself to deliver on individual sales targets.
- Your induction will consist of regular training with your Area Manager, Education Mentor and Peers.
- You will attend quarterly team trainings where you will have an intro to all new launches and application techniques.
- You will have access to E-Learning modules where you can develop yourself.
