A DAY IN THE LIFE

As a part of our UKI Talent Acquisition team, you will recruit talents for our Corporate Division, identifying, targeting, and headhunting candidates whose skills, values, and potential are in tune with L’Oréal’s requirements and values.

  • Lead and develop a team of talent acquisition specialists, mentoring and guiding their performance.
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies specifically for corporate functions (HR, Finance, Legal, etc.), focusing on executive-level recruitment.
  • Partner with senior business leaders to understand their talent needs and proactively build talent pipelines.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle for corporate roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Manage and analyze key recruitment metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions to enhance the recruitment process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including executive search firms and industry organizations.
  • Represent L’Oréal at industry events and conferences, building relationships with potential candidates and promoting our employer brand.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives for corporate functions, showcasing L’Oréal’s unique culture and career opportunities.
