Our IBM Tech Sales Accelerator Program is designed for ambitious graduates, offering hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world experience within IBM Client Engineering. Over 12-24 months, you will work in Client Engineering, gaining critical skills before transitioning into your next career step as a Brand Technical Seller in Automation organisation.

Your role and responsibilities:

  • Pilot Development: Develop pilots to validate and demonstrate the effectiveness of AI solutions. Collaborate with development teams to implement and refine pilots, ensuring they meet customer needs. Follow IBM’s Pilot Engineering Method, a human- and design-led approach that uses co-creation to solve complex business problems with IBM hybrid cloud and AI technology.
  • Collaboration and Project Management: Work with cross-functional teams including AI engineers, platform engineers, and project managers to ensure successful delivery of AI and Automation solutions. Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies effectively to stakeholders.
  • Customer Engagement and Support: Serve as a technical contact for customers, addressing questions and concerns. Provide support during pilot deployment and advise on scaling pilots into production.
  • Industry Trends and Innovation: Keep up with the latest in AI and related technologies. Evaluate new tools and frameworks for their potential to enhance solution design and implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Required education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Preferred skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and local language. Analytical skills focused on data-driven decision-making. Ability to work collaboratively across functions.
  • Preferred experience: Experience with Sales and/or IT, passion for AI and Data, and a results-oriented mindset.
