Your role and responsibilities IBM is a leading global hybrid cloud and AI, and consulting partner, helping clients in more than 175 countries capitalize on insights from their data, streamline business processes, reduce costs, and gain the competitive edge in their industries. IBM is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Azure Infrastructure Engineer with public sector experience and government projects to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Azure services and be able to design, implement, and manage robust and secure cloud infrastructure solutions. Required education None Preferred education Bachelor\'s Degree Required technical and professional expertise Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain Azure cloud solutions for public sector government projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy scalable infrastructure solutions using Azure services. Provide technical leadership and guidance in the adoption and implementation of Azure technologies. Implement best practices in cloud security, compliance, and governance. Monitor infrastructure performance and proactively resolve issues. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Azure infrastructure and processes. Offer support and guidance to junior team members. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Azure infrastructure, Terraform configurations, and processes. Offer support and guidance to junior team members. Work on-site at client locations as required for government projects. Desirable Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert. HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). Project Management Professional (PMP).
