Are you a strategic influencer marketing expert, passionate about building thriving communities and driving measurable impact? We\’re seeking an Advocacy Manager to own our brand advocacy strategy from ideation to execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams and top-tier agencies to amplify our brand voice and achieve ambitious KPIs.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  1. Drive and implement the advocacy strategy, forecast KPIs.
  2. Own the advocacy budget and be accountable for defining priorities by making strategic investment decisions based on business priorities, consumer insights and media data.
  3. Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure excellence on integrated plans across engagement touchpoints, including media.
  4. Manage the day-to-day relationship with the Agencies and nurture a strong, collaborative partnership.
  5. Collaborate with team to ensure integrated boosted media is embedded into the plan drive SOI.
  6. Drive NPD + Pillar A&I strategy at key times for the brand in collaboration with our Community Managers.
  7. Analyse performance data and provide strategic recommendations in order to gain insight and drive optimization with the agency.
  8. Analyse the ROI of associated activation.
  9. Put trends & learnings into future campaigns to ensure best A&I results.
  10. Manage influencer loyalty program (if applicable).
  11. Constantly seek to innovate through strategies or technology. Act as a change champion.
  12. Own and manage all love advocacy reporting and budget controlling files.

  1. UK & Ireland A&I landscape and competitor activity.
  2. Consumer trends and segmentation (targets groups, needs).
  3. Community management metrics.

MY DELIVERABLES/OUTCOMES ARE:

  1. Multi-brand / Brand advocacy love strategy.
  2. A&I Briefs for the agency and forecasting (annual, campaign, performance).
  3. Post campaign summaries for brand team.
  4. Timely and seamless delivery of campaigns.
  5. Great working relationships with agency, Luxe CDMO, Multi-Div CDMO and brand teams.
  6. “Mouthpiece” of agency and CDMO expertise within brand teams.

MY CORE KPIS ARE:

  1. Share of Reach and Share of Engagement.
  2. # of activated Influencers and Retention.
