The predicted salary is between 60000 - 140000 £ per year.

This is an Associate Director role, self-employed with a commission split, with an uncapped annual OTE of £100K+++ per annum. You bring in the work, and the Resourcing Team will assist you in placing the vacancies. We provide LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, train tickets, coffees, business cards etc., and provide you with a VOIP phone. You get to be a part of a tight-knit team of Resourcing Professionals and earn a % of whatever business you bring in or assist in placing with our existing clients.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Strong IT / CyberSecurity or Fintech recruitment knowledge is ideal.
  • If you are currently in a Business Development position winning search assignments and want to join a dynamic, growing, successful business but want to work from home.
  • You may currently be a successful 360 recruiter who enjoys the selling part of your position but wants an experienced delivery team working for you to boost your earnings by freeing up your time to win more work.
  • You are an HR Consultant with existing clients but dislike recruitment and would much rather earn a commission-split without dealing with recruitment yourself.
  • You have a strong IT, CyberSecurity or IT Sales background and can comfortably sit across from a CIO, CTO, CEO, MD or FD taking down requirements and talk the 'lingo'.

Founded in 2013 in Oxford, now based in Marlow, we are an infrastructure-lite, quality-focused, dynamic business/recruitment solutions firm specialising in executive search, financial recruitment and senior hard-to-fill technology roles (both permanent and contract), and resourcing services which focus on finding the RIGHT person for the job. All our consultants may be home-based, and we are able to work in a virtual office environment with world-class SAAS systems and processes. The business is split into separate sales and delivery teams meaning we don't operate under the traditional 360 recruiter model - you bring in the roles, and the Consultants will identify and vet the shortlisted Candidates for you.

The Role

Recruitment / Associate Director - with a Business Development & Consultant portfolio. Location - The appointee will work from home and may be based anywhere within a realistic travel time of London. Frequent travel will be required to customer offices in and around London and M4 corridor once safe to do so. Your colleagues are based in Marlow, Oxford, Wallingford, Reading and London respectively.

Key Objectives

  • To pursue and create relationships with new clients and manage relationships with existing clients, improving relationships, selling our services and winning retained executive as well as general contingency recruitment assignments.
  • Message to your potential clients – Do You Need A Recruitment Partner Who Understands Your Business? We act as an extension of your business, researching, headhunting and contacting people who fit your experience, skills and cultural fit specifications.
  • To successfully sell and manage delivery of executive/senior/general recruitment projects across Europe or further afield.
  • To create new client relationships, reactivate and manage relationships with existing leads.
  • To identify and develop prospective new clients and manage long-term relationships with key Senior stakeholders.
  • To maintain relationships with colleagues within the business network.
  • To achieve or exceed personal and commercial targets set, particularly those related to conversion of opportunities, margin and growth through new client accounts.

Experience, Skills & Personal Attributes

  • A proven and successful track record in executive/senior recruitment, either working for a recruitment consultancy or for oneself.
  • Commercially focused, creative, confident, self-driven and inventive, able to originate complex commercial solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills – the ability to listen and communicate complex commercial solutions confidently yet sensitively.
  • Outstanding organisational, collaborative, inspirational, analytical, influencing and motivational skills.
