Overview Recruitment Sales Executive (Remote, part-time, Self employment opportunity). Associate Director role, SELF EMPLOYED ON A COMMISSION ONLY BASIS, with an uncapped annual income potential. Prior BDMs have earned in excess of £70K p/a part-time by introducing just one client. You bring in the work, the Resourcing Team will do the work to place or assist you in placing the vacancies you bring in, and the commission is recurring on each and every placement you make with your client you introduced.Responsibilities To successfully sell and manage delivery of executive / senior / general recruitment projects across Europe / South Africa or further afield. Create new client relationships, reactivate and manage relationships with existing leads.Identify and develop prospective new clients (using Apollo, our Database and TalentAlertPro).Create and manage, grow and improve long-term relationships with key senior stakeholders, gain a detailed understanding of their requirements and operations to match services to their needs and position us as the supplier of choice.Work to gain preferred supplier status with clients, manage negotiations, and maintain relationships with colleagues within the business network.Collaborate with stakeholders on recruitment projects, providing clear directions and measurable outcomes, and offering support and knowledge management as required.Ensure consistent, coherent messaging to clients regarding solutions, services and capabilities.Achieve or exceed personal and commercial targets related to conversion of opportunities, margin and growth through new client accounts.Maintain a detailed sales pipeline on Apollo to provide timely notice of new business wins and provide accurate forecasting and reporting during weekly catch-ups.Build a detailed understanding of our services and capabilities, competitors, customers, and the broader executive recruitment marketplace.Utilise gained information for competitive commercial advantage.Experience, skills & personal attributes A proven and successful track record in executive/senior recruitment, either with a recruitment consultancy or self-employed, ideal but not essential. Ability to create and manage relationships with clients, establish a pipeline of business, and win retained and contingent assignments.Experience in delivering recruitment or HR services to customers in any sector, ideally with specialist knowledge in one industry; strong business background with networks to win new business.Commercially focused, creative, confident, self-driven and inventive; able to originate complex commercial solutions.Patient and tenacious when required.Excellent communications skills; ability to listen and articulate complex commercial solutions clearly to internal and external parties.Outstanding organisational, collaborative, analytical, influencing and motivational skills; high initiative, credibility and integrity; able to manage one\’s own diary and self-start.Role details Seniority level : Mid-Senior levelEmployment type : Part-timeJob function : Human ResourcesIndustries : Professional ServicesNB.
