Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Business Development Consultant to help generate new business opportunities, build client relationships, and support businesses with their international expansion.
Business Development Consultant, the role:
- Proactively engage with inbound and outbound leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct consultative conversations with prospective clients to understand their business needs and identify suitable services.
- Manage opportunities throughout the full sales cycle, from initial enquiry through to contract completion.
- Build, maintain and develop a strong sales pipeline aligned to individual revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell AVASK services to maximise client value.
- Accurately record and manage all opportunities and client interactions within the CRM system.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional and consultative approach.
- Keep up to date with industry developments and AVASK service offerings to provide informed recommendations.
