To follow instructions on a daily basis from the Process Leader in order to maintain an effective process.
To carry out common and procedural machine interventions.
To ensure that the metal detectors are operational and escalated where defects are identified.
To make sure all label check sheets are completed in accordance with the procedure.
To ensure that the line is prepared to conduct effective product and/or tool change overs.
To provide preventative maintenance regarding labelling equipment, ensuring all printouts are clean.
To make sure that the line is operating smoothly and correctly.
To follow instructions from the Engineering Section Manager where out of production work is required, to maintain machinery.
To ensure that the line does not run until all standards are met, check sheets are signed and authorisation is given.
To counter-sign all label check sheets and ensure they are completed in accordance with the procedure.
To provide preventative maintenance on all equipment.
Working Hours: 4O4O 05:30 - 18:00 A Shift
Benefits: £13.75 per hour (paid weekly), you’ll receive training and development opportunities from day one.
What do I need to be successful?
- A good level of English and basic numeracy skills.
- A passion for rebuilding, inspecting and correcting mechanical issues.
