Role Overview:
Are you looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience co‑ordinating and supporting Engineering Projects? As an inclusive, forward‑thinking business we are looking for a highly competent and motivated Project Co‑Ordinator to join our Engineering team, based at our Brackley site. The role is office‑based with some factory‑based requirements to monitor, coordinate and report on ongoing projects. As Project Co‑Ordinator you’ll be working core hours of Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00. Due to project timelines some flexibility around working hours may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tracking project budgets and forecasts against actual spend.
- Raising and receipting project orders.
- Assisting Project Managers in project planning and tracking alongside maintaining Gantt charts and communications with stakeholders.
- Attending project meetings, providing administrative support including collating and distributing actions.
- Gathering data for scoping and planning of projects and capital submissions.
- Assisting the project team in the control and management of contractors.
- Keeping track of project tasks and their potential impact on safety, food safety, environmental, production and other projects.
