About the Role

Location: Hereford Grandstand

Salary:

  • Level 2: £29,000 – £37,000
  • Level 3: £35,000 – £43,000
  • Level 4: £39,000 – £47,000

Additional annual shift premium: £7,785

Shift Pattern: Average of 42 hours per week across a rolling 5‑week rotation covering days and nights:

  • Day Shift: 07:00 – 19:00
  • Night Shift: 19:00 – 07:00

Highpop shift pattern with our current Engineering team:

  • Week 1: Mon, Tues, Wed (off), Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun (nights)
  • Week 2: Mon, Tues, Wed (off), Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun (days)
  • Week 3: Mon, Tues (off), Wed, Thurs, Fri (CI days), Sat, Sun (off)
  • Week 4: Mon, Tues, Wed (nights), Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun (off)
  • Week 5: Mon, Tues, Wed (days), Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun (off)

Every 20 weeks there is an additional CI weekend shift (Saturday).
