About the Role

Do you want to earn a minimum of £575 per week? We’re recruiting for a Postchill Operative to join the team at our site in Hereford, Herefordshire! No experience necessary, full training is provided!

Working Hours:

  • 40 per week
  • Week 1 – 07:30 to 16:30 Monday to Friday
  • Week 2 – 15:45 to 00:45 Sunday and 16:30 to 01:30 Monday to Thursday

About the role:

As a production operative in Post Chill you’ll be involved in the production and packaging of raw food products. You’ll work in a fast‑paced, dynamic FMCG factory environment which is noisy and refrigerated in some areas, manufacturing short shelf life products where hygiene standards are critical.

Duties:

  • Weigh and label products in steel bins ensuring they are sealed and covered
  • Maintain safe operation of pallet trucks
  • Transport products to dispatch as required
  • Manual handling including lifting equipment and products up to 20kg

What are we looking for?

  • Good level of English and basic numeracy skills
  • The ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively
  • Good attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks
  • Experience within a production/manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
