Do you want to earn a minimum of £14.39 per hour? We are looking for a Technical Operative to join our production team at our site based in Caistor, North Lincolnshire. As a Technical Operative you will enjoy a secure, supportive and progressive working environment, where your contributions and achievements will be recognised and rewarded. - £14.39 per hour
- Additional £2.00 per hour shift allowance for hours between 18:00 - 06:00 and all hours at weekends.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 07:00 - 16:00
As a Technical Operative you'll be helping to ensure production lines are operating smoothly and correctly by carrying out product, packaging and equipment checks and accurately recording the data.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Performing start up and close down procedures.
- Ensuring critical control points are operational, escalating issues where needed.
- Completing and/or confirming label check sheets are accurate.
- Helping identify and implement workplace improvements.
- Monitoring and maintaining stock levels.
- Carrying out Production Operative duties when required to keep the line running efficiently.
What We Are Looking For:
- A good understanding of English and numeracy skills.
- The ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
- Good attention to detail and a flexible attitude to work tasks.
- Experience within food production would be an advantage but not essential as all training is provided.
