Working Hours
A 4 on 4 off shift pattern. 05:30 – 18:00 Average of 40.25 hours per week.
About The Role
As a Team Leader you’ll play a key role in helping to manage production processes and production teams in order to meet safety, quality, productivity, training and cost targets agreed by the company. You’ll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic FMCG factory environment which is noisy and refrigerated in some areas, manufacturing short shelf life products where hygiene standards are critical.
Some Of The Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Organising and motivating production staff to meet KPI targets
- Having responsibility for ensuring new staff are trained and developed in a timely manner
- Offering insight and experience to help with continuous improvement
- Achieving agreed quality standards and ensuring products are consistently meeting specifications
- Ensuring KPI data is up to date, recorded and shared with management
- Escalating any issue or potential issues to production management and planners

- Excellent communication ability alongside strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Good attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks
