About The Role
The Quality Auditor will report into the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all quality checks are carried out to the correct standard and any non-conformances are reported immediately to the relevant Section and Quality Manager.
Key Responsibilities As a Quality Auditor
- Product Quality QAS β Inspecting product against customer quality contract agreements
- GMP Audits β conduct against a scheduled frequency to ensure good manufacturing practice at site
- Bone checks
- Carbon Dioxide Verification / Pressure Test Verification
- Product sampling against micro schedule / Hand and Glove swabbing against micro schedule
- Temperature checks and verification
- Test Panel start and end of life
- Paperwork checks (traceability) β ensure all paperwork is completed in full, in line with company procedures and legal requirements
- Carry out verification checks of calibration of measuring equipment in accordance with the schedule
- Participate in HACCP teams where applicable
- Maintain filing of record documents and archiving
- To be aware of and adhere to Health and Safety Procedures, encouraging safe working behaviours
- Traceability β supporting the QA Process Leader in conducting Traceability in accordance with the scheduled frequency and as required
