Avara Foods is seeking a Process Leader at our Telford site to manage production processes and teams, driving Safety, Quality, Training, Productivity and Cost targets.
You will lead the production line to meet customer needs with the required quality and safety standards.
You will organise staff, ensure training, monitor quality, and continually improve processes while reporting KPI performance and coordinating with schedulers.
