Production Operative AM Shift Yazor Road

About The Role
No experience necessary; full training is provided.
As a production operative you’ll be involved in the production and packaging of raw food products. Working in a fast‑paced, dynamic FMCG factory environment which is noisy and refrigerated in some areas, manufacturing short shelf‑life products where hygiene standards are critical.

Working Hours
40 hours per week, 05:00-14:00 Monday to Friday (Perm AM)
Duties
- Weighing, assembling and packing products ready for despatch.
- Labelling and grading of products.
- Manual handling which can include lifting equipment and products up to 20kg.
Qualifications
- Good level of English and basic numeracy skills.
- The ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
- Good attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks.
- Experience within a production/manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

Our advanced manufacturing site in Hereford is one of our main processing facilities, processing up to 2 million birds per week. There are over 1500 talented people employed at our Hereford site. We’ve recently invested £1.2 million in technology and equipment, making it one of the most advanced food manufacturing facilities in the UK.
