Primary Night Hygiene Operative
Avara Foods – Hereford, Herefordshire

Working Hours
- Mon‑Thurs 21:00‑05:00 / Fri 17:00‑01:00 (£1.61 shift premium)
Responsibilities
- Understand and attain individual and department targets
- Be aware of material and energy usage
- Co‑operate in continuous improvement of quality, safety and productivity
- Manual handling of plant and equipment
- Isolate plant and machinery
- Meet housekeeping and hygiene standards individually and as part of a team
- Comply with food safety and HSE guidelines
- Follow instructions from Team Leader/Management
What You\’ll Need to Be Successful
- Good level of English and basic numeracy skills
- Work well within a team and communicate effectively
- Good attention to detail and flexible attitude to tasks
- Experience in a production/manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
