About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their planning experience and work within a fast‑moving and frequently changing environment. Working with an ambitious team who are an imperative part of our operations, this role will give you vast business overview and opportunity to liaise with various people and departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Being the pivotal interface between planning and production to ensure on‑time delivery of our customers’ orders.
- Being the key support to production management on daily operational deliverance, optimising and balancing production lines for the best financial outcome.
- Ensuring planned targets are met by creating and managing daily scheduling processes.
- Continual tracking of actual performance data against plan to ensure corrections can be made to keep on course.
Qualifications
- A logical thinker with strong numerical, analytical and evaluation skills.
- High standard of IT skills and advanced Excel knowledge.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to focus on the right priorities.
- Ability to solve problems proactively and an effective decision maker.
- Flexible, adaptable and eager to learn.
