We’re looking for a Hygiene Operative to join our team at our Brackley site in Northamptonshire. This is a night‑shift role and pays a minimum of £13.65 per hour.

Benefits:

  • £13.65 per hour plus a £2.00 shift allowance per hour.
  • Paid weekly overtime available.
  • Minimum weekly pay of £602.53.

About the Role:

  • Ensure the factory is cleaned to the required standards as laid down by the Companies Cleaning Instruction Cards.
  • Clean all machinery in preparation for production start‑up using chemicals and jet washers.
  • Wipe down all equipment after the full clean to ensure no residues are present.
  • Comply fully with cleaning standards set by the department and adhere to cleaning times to ensure production can start on schedule.

Requirements:

  • Good level of English and basic numeracy skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
  • Good attention to detail and a flexible attitude towards tasks.
  • Experience in a production/manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
  • Must not own any avian pets or poultry due to bird welfare requirements.
