About The Role We are looking for a highly competent and motivated Administrator to join our team at our Hollybank site in Scropton, Derbyshire. As Site & Training Administrator you'll be responsible for providing essential administrative support to the site, ensuring records are accurately maintained and processes run smoothly. Working hours are Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00.
What will your key responsibilities as Site & Training Administrator include?
- Maintaining accurate training records, matrices and databases.
- Raising and receipting purchase orders.
- Ordering and maintaining stocks and office stationary supplies.
- Scanning and electronically filing HR and training documentation.
- Creating new starter and replacement ID/Access badges.
- Support with general HR and Training department activities.
What you'll need to be successful:
- A good level of English and numeracy skills.
- The ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
- Strong attention to detail to aid controlling document versions.
- IT literacy and confidence using Microsoft Office programs.
