Responsibilities
- As a Hygiene Operative working as part of the Hygiene Team, you’ll help assist factory maintenance and cleanliness in order to support the smooth and effective running of the site.
- Ensuring the factory is cleaned to the required standards as laid down by the Companies Cleaning Instruction Cards
- Cleaning all machinery and equipment ready for production start-up with the use of chemicals and jet washers
- Wiping down all equipment after the full clean to ensure no residues are present and removing product left on the lines after production
- Comply fully with cleaning standards set by the department and adhere to cleaning times to ensure that production can start on time
What are we looking for?
- A good level of English and basic numeracy skills
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks
- Relevant experience is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided
