We’re looking for Despatch Operatives to join our team!

About The Role

Joining our Logistics team as a Despatch Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the correct orders on time and maintain our high-quality standards. You will have opportunities for training and development through clear progression pathways. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse experience looking to develop further, or someone seeking a career change.

The Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Scanning, wrapping, and palletising products.
• Performing final quality checks on products.
• Using electric pallet and pump trucks.
• Recording and rotating chilled food products.

• £12.71 per hour (paid weekly) + £2.00 unsocial hours bonus for hours worked between 18:00 and 06:00.

Working Hours

Sunday-Thursday, 22:00-07:00.

What Are We Looking For?

• The ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
• Good attention to detail and a flexible attitude towards tasks.
• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
• FLT Licences (Counterbalance or Reach Truck, etc.) are desirable but not essential.
