As one of the UK’s largest food businesses, we play a critical role in keeping the nation fed. We are looking for a motivated Despatch Operative to join our expanding operations team at our site in Caistor.
This is an exciting time to join an already established site as we continue growing by installing new lines and producing new products, which has created new opportunities across different shifts.

Purpose of the role
As a member of the Despatch Team, this Despatch Operative role works between the coldstore and stores teams tracking intake and outload alongside stock counts.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with goods in, scanning and storing products and raw materials
- Wrapping, scanning and palletising products
- Tracking intake and outloading of packaging and equipment
- Manual handling which may include lifting equipment and products up to 20kg
- Loading and unloading vehicles using manual handling equipment
- Performing stock counts and recording data
What We Are Looking For
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Attention to detail and a flexible attitude to work tasks
- Experience with manual handling equipment (pallet trucks)
- FLT licence(s) required
- Good understanding of English and basic numeracy skills
Working Hours
Monday – Friday 06:00 – 15:00
