Data Administrator (FTC)
Avara Foods – Data Administrator role in Hereford – FTC. Join a leading UK food business that supplies chicken and turkey to major supermarkets and restaurants. Avara Foods owns and manages the entire supply chain, from farms to factory and customer doors.
Responsibilities
- Maintain master data within ERP and other manufacturing systems.
- Ensure data input remains accurate, complete, consistent, and valid.
- Manage requests, obtain relevant approvals, track progress, and meet governance procedures.
- Maintain data quality standards and policies.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.
- Perform regular data checks.
- Support ERP Quarterly Release Testing on product and item set up as required.
- Create SDP Tickets to maintain record of requests processed.
- Provide support to Data Team members day to day as required.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Word.
- Previous data entry experience.
- Experience working in a busy environment and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent organisational skills, task prioritisation, methodical approach and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with good customer service approach.
- Ability to build working relationships with other work streams across the business.
- Previous experience with an ERP system (Oracle, SAP) – desirable.
