Location: Tram Inn Mill, Herefordshire

Hours: Wednesday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30 (24 hours/week)

Salary: £26,000 per annum (pro rata)

About the Role

As a Raw Material Administrator, you’ll support the Raw Materials Manager and help ensure smooth communication and coordination across suppliers, hauliers, and internal departments. You’ll play a key role in maintaining an efficient and compliant feed mill operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with suppliers and hauliers to coordinate raw material deliveries
  • Input orders and data into internal systems accurately
  • Investigate and resolve invoice queries
  • Perform general administrative tasks across the department
  • Work closely with other internal teams, including the Mill
  • Provide support and cover for the Raw Materials Manager when needed

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft programs
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to work independently
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
