We’re looking for a Hygiene Operative to join our team at our Brackley site in Northamptonshire. This is a night-shift role and pays a minimum of £13.65 per hour.
Benefits:
- £13.65 per hour plus a £2.00 shift allowance per hour.
- Paid weekly overtime available.
- Minimum weekly pay of £602.53.

About the Role:
- Ensure the factory is cleaned to the required standards as laid down by the Companies Cleaning Instruction Cards.
- Clean all machinery in preparation for production start-up using chemicals and jet washers.
- Wipe down all equipment after the full clean to ensure no residues are present.
- Comply fully with cleaning standards set by the department and adhere to cleaning times to ensure production can start on schedule.
Requirements:
- Good level of English and basic numeracy skills.
- Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
- Good attention to detail and a flexible attitude towards tasks.
- Experience in a production/manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
- Must not own any avian pets or poultry due to bird welfare requirements.
