Reporting to the Transport & Planning Lead, this role is key to ensuring our transport operation runs efficiently, remains compliant with VOSA standards, and is always audit-ready. You’ll handle a wide range of administrative duties focused on driver and vehicle compliance, data accuracy, and seamless coordination with both internal teams and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all administrative tasks related to transport, drivers, and vehicles
- Monitor driver tachograph data, report infringements, and support corrective action where required
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records, including WTD logs and defect reports
- Input and adjust driver hours in internal systems (TMS and staff planners)
- Carry out driver licence checks and manage digital downloads of vehicle data
- Liaise with service providers for vehicle servicing and repairs
- Collate and report transport KPIs and data to support internal reporting
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Experience in transport administration or a similar role
- Good understanding of Transport Law & Regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal systems
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to build strong working relationships across teams
Desirable:
- CPC qualification in Transport Law & Regulations
- Experience in a logistics or feed mill environment
