Your Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and safety-focused Training, Compliance & Safety Officer to join our Agriculture team at the Ower Hatchery. You\’ll play a key role in ensuring site compliance with health & safety and training standards, supporting audits, developing procedures, and conducting risk assessments. You\’ll also be involved in onboarding new staff, delivering toolbox talks, and monitoring ongoing training needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and review risk assessments and procedures

Lead site inspections and compliance reporting

Manage hygiene and training standards

Deliver training and competency reviews

What You\’ll Need:

IOSH qualification (required)
