We own and manage our entire supply chain, from farms to factory and all the way to the customer door – meaning we have careers that cover a whole range of functions. We have major processing sites across England and Wales, and an agricultural network of over 350 farms, spanning from North Yorkshire to the South Coast and Wales.

A little about our Telford site: Our advanced manufacturing site in Telford is one of our main processing facilities, processing up to 1.5 million birds per week. There are over 1,200 talented people employed at our Telford site, helping us to deliver high quality products to our customers and making the business a trusted leader in fresh foods. We’ve recently invested £2.3 million in technology and equipment, making it one of the most advanced food manufacturing facilities in the UK.

About the role:

  • Operating MHE to supply production departments with all palletised equipment and dry goods.
  • Unload/load inbound and outbound delivery vehicles.
  • Maintain an efficient and safe working environment through effective yard hygiene.
  • Ensure all equipment is stored efficiently.
  • Support the unloading of raw material into the bulk trailer.
  • Communicate via the radio.

Working hours: 4o4o day shift 06:00-18:00

What are we looking for?

  • FLT Licences (Counterbalance or Reach Truck etc.) (essential)
  • The ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively
  • Good attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks
  • Experience within a production/manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided

What can we offer you?

  • £13.25 per hour (paid weekly) + £2.00 UNS for hours worked between 18:00 and 06:00
  • Earn a minimum of £437 per week, based on a 3 day week for 4o4o
  • Earn £250 for every friend or family member you refer for a job with us*
