About the Role

We are looking for a highly competent and motivated Administrator to join our team at our Hollybank site in Scropton, Derbyshire. As Site & Training Administrator you’ll be responsible for providing essential administrative support to the site, ensuring records are accurately maintained and processes run smoothly.

Working hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00.

We have major processing sites across England and an agricultural network of over 350 farms, spanning from North Yorkshire to the South Coast and Wales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining accurate training records, matrices and databases.
  • Raising and receipting purchase orders.
  • Ordering and maintaining stocks and office stationary supplies.
  • Scanning and electronically filing HR and training documentation.
  • Creating new starter and replacement ID/Access badges.
  • Support with general HR and Training department activities.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A good level of English and numeracy skills.
  • The ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail to aid controlling document versions.
  • IT literacy and confidence using Microsoft Office programs.
