About the Role:

- Carrying out instructions from your Team Leader/Management.
- Reporting pest control issues.
- Completing paperwork daily.
- Conducting daily/weekly stock checks.
- Isolating plant and machinery when necessary.
- Working as part of a small team and adapting to business demands.
- Managing day-to-day activities and responsibilities of the areas and personnel.
- Training and developing team members to improve performance.
- Maintaining and monitoring quality assurance systems.
- Managing E, H & S management systems in the area.
- Managing and controlling contractors, including permit control.
- Managing workplace permits such as confined space, hot work, and working at height.
- Ensuring bins and stock are accurately managed to optimize costs and efficiency.
- Operating Feed Mill plant via computer.
- Covering shifts as required.
- First aid certification – desirable
- Fork Lift / CAT license – desirable
- Good English and numeracy skills
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
- Attention to detail and a flexible attitude
- Experience in production/manufacturing is desirable but not essential; full training provided
