About the role:
As a Production operative you’ll be working in a fast‑paced, dynamic FMCG factory environment which is noisy and refrigerated in some areas, manufacturing short shelf‑life products where hygiene standards are critical.
- Trussing chickens ready for film wrapping
- Bagging chickens
- Grading quality of chickens
- Removing dolavs for weighing and storage
- Supplying the line with raw material
- May require some heavy lifting (up to 12 kg)
What you’ll need to be successful:
- A good level of English and basic numeracy skills
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks
- Relevant experience is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
