About the Role
As a Night Hygiene Operative you’ll be working in a fast‑paced, dynamic FMCG factory environment which is noisy and refrigerated in some areas, manufacturing short shelf life products where hygiene standards are critical.
- Ensuring the factory is cleaned to the required standards as laid down by the Companies Cleaning Instruction Cards.
- Cleaning all machinery ready for production start‑up with the use of chemicals and jet washers.
- Wiping down all equipment after the full clean to ensure no residues are present.
- Comply fully with cleaning standards set by the department and adhere to cleaning times to ensure that production can start on time.
What you’ll need to be successful
- Good level of English and basic numeracy skills.
- The ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
- Good attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks.
- Experience within a production/manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
