About the Role
As a Night Hygiene Operative you’ll be working in a fast‑paced, dynamic FMCG factory environment which is noisy and refrigerated in some areas, manufacturing short shelf life products where hygiene standards are critical. You will be responsible for ensuring the factory is cleaned to the required standards as laid down by the Companies Cleaning Instruction Cards, cleaning all machinery ready for production start‑up with the use of chemicals and jet washers, and wiping down all equipment after the full clean to ensure no residues are present. You must comply fully with cleaning standards set by the department and adhere to cleaning times to ensure that production can start on time.
What you’ll need to be successful
- Good level of English and basic numeracy skills.
- The ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
- Good attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks.
- Experience within a production/manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

Our advanced manufacturing site in Brackley is one of our main processing facilities, processing up to 1.2 million birds per week. There are over 700 talented people employed at our Brackley site, helping us to deliver high quality products to our customers and making the business a trusted leader in fresh foods.
