Do you want to earn £16.39 per hour? We’re looking for a Machine Minder to join our team at our site in Caistor, North Lincolnshire.

Monday – Friday 21:00 – 06:00

About the role

As a Machine Minder you’ll be undertaking machine interventions and first line troubleshooting to ensure machinery is running smoothly.

You’ll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic FMCG factory environment which is noisy and refrigerated in some areas, manufacturing short shelf life products where hygiene standards are critical.

  • Performing start up and close down procedures.
  • Disassembling and rebuilding machinery.
  • Ensuring the machinery is correctly set up for morning production.
  • Performing regular tool maintenance.
  • Helping identify and implementing workplace improvements.
  • Reporting data and findings to the Engineering team.

What you’ll need to be successful

  • A good understanding of English and numeracy skills.
  • The ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
  • Good attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks.
  • The ability to work independently without direct supervision.
  • Experience within a production environment is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
