Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 16:00
Responsibilities
- Inspect product against customer quality contract agreements (Product Quality QAS).
- Conduct GMP audits against scheduled frequency to ensure good manufacturing practice at site.
- Perform bone checks.
- Verify Carbon Dioxide / Pressure Test.
- Sample product against micro schedule / Hand and glove swabbing against micro schedule.
- Conduct temperature checks and verification.
- Manage test panel start and end of life.
- Check paperwork (traceability) ensuring all paperwork is completed in full, in line with company procedures and legal requirements.
- Verify calibration of measuring equipment per schedule.
- Participate in HACCP teams where applicable.
- Maintain filing of record documents and archiving.
- Adhere to Health and Safety procedures, encouraging safe working behaviours.
- Support QA Process Leader in conducting traceability per scheduled frequency.
