Avara Foods Hereford is seeking an experienced Lead Reliability Engineer to drive asset performance and reliability across our site. You will lead a small team of Reliability Engineers and partner with the Engineering Reliability manager and maintenance operations to implement long-term improvements.
This role blends technical depth with leadership, overseeing PM reviews, calibration schedules, PUWER assessments, and cross-functional reliability reviews while supporting capital projects.
