About the Role

Procurement Administrator – 3+ Months Fixed Term Contract

As an inclusive, forward thinking business, we take pride in our approach to Procurement across Avara Foods and are looking for a highly competent and motivated Procurement Administrator to join our Procurement Team, supporting our Data Analyst based at our Brackley Site, Northamptonshire.

Purpose of the role

As a Procurement Administrator, you will report into the Procurement Data Analyst and you will be responsible for ensuring suppliers are qualified, pricing is kept up to date, validatingsavings and inflation and producing and reporting KPIs across a range of areaswithin the P2P process.

Your key responsibilities as Procurement Administrator will include

  • Work with each member of the Procurement team to validate their savings and inflation for period end and monthly finance reporting.
  • Maintain current catalogues and implement new ones on Oracle when Buyers or Category Leads request it.
  • Support the team with keeping prices up to date for inventory items.
  • Keep Blanket Purchase Agreements up to date with live codes for inventory.
  • Support ERP Functional Specialist with removing expired codes and add new ones on an annual basis.
  • When requested, set up, maintain and end date Contract Purchase Agreements and Blanket Purchase Agreements.
  • Process manual payment requests
  • New supplier set up, categorisation and qualification.
  • Qualify our current supplier base and report on the results.
  • Support Procurement Team with tenders and other admin tasks
  • Maintain Procurement mailbox
  • Regular support for requisitioners – Training for new Requisitioners. Ensure Training section on Milo is kept up to date.
  • Ad hoc tasks
