Multi-Skilled Engineer

We are looking for a highly competent and motivated, Electrically biased Engineer to join our maintenance team at our Caistor site in Lincolnshire. Responsibilities Performing reactive breakdown repairs. Carrying out planned preventative maintenance. Recording all documentation accurately and on time. Improving equipment reliability, stamping out recurring faults. Ensuring \”audit ready\” records are kept. Qualifications Previous experience as a multi-disciplined Engineer. An electrical bias with sound mechanical knowledge. Engineering apprenticeship or qualifications at Level 3 or equivalent. Previous experience within the food or FMCG industry would be beneficial. Working Hours A 4 week rota including one Saturday in 4. Week 1: Monday – Thursday 05:30 – 13:30 + Friday 05:30 – 12:30 Week 2: Monday – Thursday 13:00 – 21:00 + Friday 13:00 – 20:00 Week 3: Monday – Thursday 05:30 – 13:30 + Friday 05:30 – 12:30 Week 4: Monday – Thursday 13:00 – 21:00, Friday 11:00 – 18:00 + Saturday 06:00 – 18:00 Benefits £43,459.20 per annum £4,000 per annum shift premium. 6.2 Weeks Holiday. 5% employer pension contributions.
