Avara Foods is seeking a HR Officer to join the Caistor site team, reporting to the HR Manager in Derbyshire.

You will manage the people aspects of the colleague lifecycle, ensuring compliant HR practices and operational effectiveness.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 08:00–17:00, with duties including providing HR guidance, absence management, and onboarding.

This role requires CIPD Level 5 (or near completion) and strong integrity.
