Project Co-ordinator needed to support and coordinate Engineering Projects within the Engineering team at Avara Foods, Brackley site. The role is office-based with some factory-based requirements to monitor, coordinate and report on ongoing projects. Core hours are Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00, with some flexibility around working hours due to project timelines.
Responsibilities
- Track project budgets and forecasts against actual spend.
- Raise and receipt project orders.
- Assist Project Managers in project planning and tracking, maintain Gantt charts and communicate with stakeholders.
- Attend project meetings, provide administrative support including collating and distributing actions.
- Gather data for scoping and planning of projects and capital submissions.
- Assist the project team in the control and management of contractors.
- Keep track of project tasks and their potential impact on safety, food safety, environmental, production and other projects.
- Ensure meticulous attention to detail with numbers and planning.
- Demonstrate a technical mind with an interest in equipment and engineering.
- Show good interpersonal communication skills with colleagues of all levels.
- Display competency with IT software.
- Be able to self-motivate and prioritise workloads.
- Experience with CAD or engineering drawings would be beneficial.
