Do you want to earn a minimum of £13.15 per hour? We're looking for a Packing Production Operative to join our team at our site in Brackley, Northamptonshire.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday starting at 06:45 finishing at 18:00 (4 out of 5 days)
About the role: As a Production Operative you'll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic FMCG factory environment which is noisy and refrigerated in some areas, manufacturing short shelf-life products where hygiene standards are critical.
- Trussing chickens ready for film wrapping
- Bagging chickens
- Grading quality of chickens
- Removing diplomats for weighing and storage
- Supplying the line with raw material
- May require some heavy lifting (up to 12 kg)
What you'll need to be successful:
- A good level of English and basic numeracy skills
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks
- Relevant experience is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
