We're looking for an Intake Production Operative to join our team at our site in Brackley, Northamptonshire, As a Production Operative you'll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic FMCG factory environment which is noisy and refrigerated in some areas, manufacturing short shelf-life products where hygiene standards are critical.
- Ensuring all birds are correctly placed on the production line whilst observing strict bird welfare requirements
- Wearing the required and correct PPE at all times
- Cleaning equipment and modules on rotation schedule
- Lifting in the region of 2kg per bird on a repetitive basis
- A good level of English and basic numeracy skills
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks
- Relevant experience is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
