The Opportunity
We are partnering with a key player in the life sciences sector to fill two Sample Dispatch Logistics Technician roles. The position involves inventory control, clean-room logistics, and system-based accuracy within a regulated environment. Ideal candidates will have warehouse, laboratory, or material-handling experience, particularly in GMP or life-sciences settings.

The Role
As a Sample Dispatch Logistics Technician you will support the end-to-end handling of samples in a regulated environment, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing across all activities. You will work across warehouse, laboratory, and cleanroom environments, playing a key role in maintaining sample integrity and supporting operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and document materials in line with Sample Dispatch, GMP, and site procedures
- Collect samples from laboratories and transfer them to dispatch areas, including handling temperature-sensitive and cleanroom materials
- Process incoming samples and store them correctly based on location and temperature requirements
- Support returns, disposals, and maintain full product traceability
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to lean initiatives
- Ensure full compliance with EHS, GMP, and site standards at all times
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role (e.g. warehouse, laboratory, cleanroom, or material-handling environment)
- Understanding of working in GMP or regulated environments
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
- Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive approach to work
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and with suppliers
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service quality
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and familiarity with stock management systems
- Comfortable using technology such as handheld scanners and inventory systems
