The purpose of this position is to support the Laboratory as part of a team of supervisors, working closely with the Production Manager, Production Planner and other Departmental Managers.

The shift team lead role will direct the activities of team members and supervisors working within the production department, scheduling their work to meet production requirements and ensure an efficient workflow.
